  • I liked them all very much, but #1 really stuck out to me. In my early 20’s I was talking to a girl who was older than myself and after being asked a question and taking some time to answer, she asked why it took me a while to respond. I told her that in order for me to respond with accuracy and sincerity I had to think before I spoke, she seemed amazed by this, said she respected that and wished her boyfriend would do the same. I knew then, that while other “let the punches fly, I rolled with them.”
