    I vividly remember golfer Sandy Lyle the Masters in 1988.  Most people recall his mercurial bunker shot on the eighteenth which secured the win. However, it was what happened on the 12th that left a greater impression on me.  He took a double-bogey that wiped out his lead, but instead of crumpling he toughened his resolve. “I was now part of the chasing pack” he said. Instead of lingering on what he had lost, he moved right-away to focus on what he still had to gain. There was still plenty of time to put things right, he made up for his loss eventually winning by one stroke.
