I loved this article in that it gave way of developing the confidence to live a good life. Many times when things happen during the day, I take a second and ask how a good man would respond. Most of the time it is not to reactin anger, think things through and go with your gut.

wow this is such a great list! i’m a young man and honestly don’t like to follow somebody’s advise and stuff to live my life but i think this one means so much to me the moment i read it. i think i need to follow and practice some of these tips. thanks again & god bless

Just ‘StumbledUpon’ your blog! You got it going on!

I have an issue with only one item of your fantastic list…

Get some sleep. Go to bed early and try rising earlier. Early mornings can prove to be the most productive hours of the day.

I’ve tried many different approaches over the years and I’ve now accepted I’m a ‘night person’… I’m okay with it, I attend meetings regularly and say hail mary once a day, which is weird because I’m not catholic!!

I would also add to your fine list…

Find the humour in as many situations as possible, more so the situations where people want to laugh but feel they can’t.

“Pick your battles.” I think that applies to me the most…

Being assertive about what I care about no matter what…

“Fill your time with quality” was another thing I really stopped at as I read through the list.

Thanks for adding your personal thoughts on judgement I enjoy seeing all things 20 million ways.

50 traits and habits hmmm it’s not so bad if a person is not doing any of them it can be a tall order. But no one is expected to do it all in one day, take what you need or what applies and keep pushing forward.

I use to feel that way when ever I walked into a favorite section of the library and look at all of my favorite books. I’m relieved because I know which ones interest me most and better yet I know where to go if I ever want a good read or start on the next one.

“Never quit but give up being judgmental.” So many of these are great but I got highlight one that I think interferes the most with our capacity to be human together and make things happen that matter to us. Judgments become the gatekeepers to avoid “actual feeling” – designed to keep us from being really connected with ourselves and if we can’t be connected, then we don’t have access to our real capacities. Always loving your posts – but gotta say, this list is a tall, taaaalllll order!
